Life is unpredictable and often times the only constant we have is ourselves. Through therapy, I hope to provide you with an expansive toolbox so you can be best prepared for whatever comes your way. My belief is we are all doing the best we can and if provided with the correct tools and strategies, we all have the opportunity to be even more successful versions of ourselves.
Through our time together I will cultivate a safe environment where we can comfortably explore your inner self. My goal in working together is to help you meet your goals, whatever they may be, and to change any behavior patterns that may contribute to your unwanted symptoms.
Julia Masters, LCSW
We can never prepare for everything that life will throw at us. However, we can learn strategies to better help us change what is within our control and cope with what isn’t.
Being vulnerable is scary – whether this is your first time seeking therapy or you’ve been before. I want to ensure that you feel comfortable, and I strive to provide an empathic, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where we can comfortably explore what you are wrestling with and your goals.
I believe that a positive client-therapist relationship built on mutual respect and honesty is essential for effective intervention and meaningful growth.
Audrey Jaynes, LMSW
Whether you are new to therapy or looking to begin therapy again, my goal is for us to develop a supportive therapeutic relationship where you feel safe and empowered to identify and work towards your goals.
My approach is client-centered, empathic and collaborative. Utilizing evidence-based tools, you and I will work together to practice and establish the new patterns of thinking and behaving necessary to facilitate and maintain positive change.
Nikki Perelman-Prozer, LMSW
Therapy can be a vulnerable experience. I hope to create a safe space for you as you find ways to express your internal experiences. No matter where you are in your therapy journey, I will work alongside you to strengthen your relationship with yourself.
Understanding that everyone has a different learning style, Nikki strives to work with clients to find the right skills for them. Nikki will help identify these skills so that the client can utilize them confidently inside and outside the therapy session.
