Our mission is to empower you to make changes in your life now, that will lead to lasting change ahead.

Jess Allen, LCSW, A-CBT

Starting therapy is a big step and can come with its own anxieties. My hope is to create a safe, inviting place for you to open up and work together on reducing the symptoms you may be suffering with.

I will work with you to ease into the process and make sure that you feel you’ve found the ‘right fit’ in Because personality and style plays a role in our work, I assure you that I will do what I can to help you find someone who is that right fit for you should you feel that we are not it.

I look forward to earning your trust, working together, and accomplishing your goals together!

Kaitlyn Bruneau, LCSW, A-CBT, Senior Therapist

You deserve to feel like the best version of yourself and I want to help you get there! You can’t always predict what life has in store for you but I look forward to helping you feel confident and empowered in handling whatever that might be.

Gregory Jordan, LMSW

You are the best expert on your own life. My role is to offer you the tools and environment to create the life you are happy to lead.

I understand the decision to seek out help is often not an easy one. That’s why I believe in an integrated approach, customized to your unique situation, using the best and most relevant evidence-based techniques.

Carly Cohen, LCSW, A-CBT, Senior Therapist

Life is unpredictable and often times the only constant we have is ourselves. Through therapy, I hope to provide you with an expansive toolbox so you can be best prepared for whatever comes your way. My belief is we are all doing the best we can and if provided with the correct tools and strategies, we all have the opportunity to be even more successful versions of ourselves.

Through our time together I will cultivate a safe environment where we can comfortably explore your inner self. My goal in working together is to help you meet your goals, whatever they may be, and to change any behavior patterns that may contribute to your unwanted symptoms.

Julia Masters, LCSW

We can never prepare for everything that life will throw at us. However, we can learn strategies to better help us change what is within our control and cope with what isn’t.

Being vulnerable is scary – whether this is your first time seeking therapy or you’ve been before. I want to ensure that you feel comfortable, and I strive to provide an empathic, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where we can comfortably explore what you are wrestling with and your goals.

I believe that a positive client-therapist relationship built on mutual respect and honesty is essential for effective intervention and meaningful growth.

Hayley Hughes, LCSW

In times of uncertainty, carrying our burdens alone can leave us feeling isolated, anxious, and undeserving of connection. With a warm, active and engaged approach, I welcome the opportunity to support and uplift your lived experience by providing a safe and nurturing space to facilitate healing, growth and acceptance.

Audrey Jaynes, LMSW

Whether you are new to therapy or looking to begin therapy again, my goal is for us to develop a supportive therapeutic relationship where you feel safe and empowered to identify and work towards your goals.

My approach is client-centered, empathic and collaborative. Utilizing evidence-based tools, you and I will work together to practice and establish the new patterns of thinking and behaving necessary to facilitate and maintain positive change.

Emily Weinstein, LMSW

I believe that self-acceptance and compassion are crucial in creating meaningful change. Together, we will explore ways to cope with whatever challenges life presents.

My goal is to help you to navigate your thoughts and emotions in a safe and trusting environment. My approach is client-centered, genuine, and holistic, incorporating evidence-based techniques to support your growth according to your specific needs.
