With a foundation of collaboration, empowerment and trust, we will work together to uncover patterns and dynamics that keep you from feeling whole.

As a therapist and social worker, Hayley (She/Her) utilizes a client-centered, trauma-informed, identity affirming approach to help you explore how relationships, past experiences and societal systems have influenced your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and relationships.

Hayley strongly believes in the power of community and the therapeutic relationship as a tool for personal growth and larger societal change. Valuing the therapeutic alliance as the most vital component of therapy, Hayley looks to create a safe space that fosters collaboration, openness and trust.

Training, Experience, and Background

Hayley holds a Master’s degree from New York University’s Silver School of Social Work and is a NY LMSW. During her graduate training, Hayley developed a diversified psychotherapeutic foundation studying cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychoanalytic and queer theory.

Drawing from an eclectic blend of therapies, Hayley will honor the uniqueness of your inner world with a therapeutic treatment tailored to your specific needs.

Hayley has experience providing individual and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention and case management services to a wide variety of populations in both community and hospital settings. Prior to beginning her graduate studies, Hayley provided crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to LGBTQ+ youth and young adults, working as a lifeline counselor at The Trevor Project.

Using tenets of CBT, Hayley looks to respect your self-determination by aiding in the development of concrete skills to help address and manage experiences of anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma.
