It can take a while to recognize that our thoughts and behaviors have a profound impact on our emotional and physical well-being, but more and more research shows that this is, in fact, the case.
By understanding our mental patterns and our habits of behavior, we gain the self-awareness necessary to make change.

Audrey is currently working towards her MSW at New York University’s Silver School of Social Work. As part of her program, Audrey has utilized a variety of approaches, including CBT, DBT, mindfulness and the therapeutic arts. During her second year field placement, Audrey worked to provide a restorative space for adolescents facing mental health struggles ranging from self-injury and suicidality to anxiety and depression.

Prior to becoming a therapist, Audrey worked in several non-profit settings; most recently, Audrey focused on supporting social emotional growth in adolescents with a history of adversity and trauma. Audrey graduated from Brown University with a degree in Urban Studies, where she learned how policy and practice impact the health and well-being of communities, families and individuals.

Audrey understands the incredible power of a strong therapeutic alliance and is dedicated to creating an empowering and nurturing space for her clients. Audrey’s greatest wish is for her clients to become proficient in the evidence-based skills that support mental well-being and to develop an authentic, uplifted sense of self. She hopes to support her clients to develop an evolving conviction in their own ability to achieve a balanced, steady happiness in spite of the inevitable ups and downs of life.
