With the ever-changing world we live in and with our busy schedules, we want therapy to be available to you when you need it! Telehealth is an opportunity to provide therapy remotely, in the comfort of your home. We use online platforms like VSee that provide HIPAA complaint options for video sessions. Whether it is a one-off time that you can’t make it in to the office or if our circumstances do not allow us to meet in person, we can provide this form of treatment. This might help with:

Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or something else, it can be helpful to talk to a professional. Sometimes life makes it hard to meet with a therapist in person so online therapy gives us another way to provide this help.
We want to support you during challenging times!
CBT is evidence based so we know it helps work through many of the issues you might be facing. Reach out today to find out how we might be able to help.
Yes, we have full confidence that our online therapy is just as helpful to our clients as in person treatment. We all prefer to be in the room with our clients but we do our best to make the sessions feel just like the in-person version.
We can provide all of the same worksheets and skills via email prior to our sessions and can email homework worksheets after a session. We will do everything we can to make sure you are getting the most out of your therapy sessions, no matter what platform we are using.
We completely understand! Online therapy can sound challenging for these reasons but we have found that once we get started, these worries disappear. We, too, have overcome the struggles of providing telehealth and can assure you that our focus is on your goals.
We recommend giving it a try first, working through those negative thoughts about the discomfort of doing video sessions (we can help with this!) and then deciding if online therapy is not for you.
This is an important question and the answer is ‘possibly’. During times of crisis like COVID-19, insurance companies have loosened requirements for reimbursement and are covering telehealth. When there is not a government-enforced reason to not go into a therapy office, each insurance company will have a different policy for coverage.
Just like finding out what your in-person out of network benefits are, you can call your insurance to find out what telehealth coverage you might have. Check our fees page to find out what to ask regarding insurance.
Ask us anything — wherever you are in the therapy process, we’re here to listen!
